HOWWWW much!!

It's worth noting they are both the same price, despite one not having a halogen bulb in the kit :wonder:

.....and the other most certainly won't have a Xenon bulb, either ....

Is that because it'sconsidered a 'dealer fit' task?

I'm just carrying the spare bulb kit I bought (and never used) for my Octy Scout - should be enough to satisfy the gendarmes if necessary when I'm in France!

I'm still using the spare bulb kit I got with my Skoda Rapid 1300!!! :giggle:

Mind you, I think all the bulbs have been replaced. :dull:

Bit like Triggers brush then?

Snap...but Skoda Felicia.

Skoda do make a very interesting statement that the kit contains all bulbs required to meet legal requirements, so theoretically it should contain a Xenon bulb. Would be interesting to see what happens if a Xenon fails whilst abroad, you get pulled by the local Fuzz and there is no spare Xenon bulb in the kit.

Handy for any lighting emergency, spare bulb kits are a legal requirement for driving on the continent and contain all spare bulbs necessary for external illumination.

RRP: £14.22 "

£14.22 is their RRP so a discount should be available. Even so, if it does cotain the Xenon bulb £14.22 would be bargain!

But aren't Xenon's designed to last 'the life of the car' so therefore theoretically they should never need replacing, (so no need to carry a spare) of course we all know differently.

HID/xenons are NOT bulbs technically so do not need to be carried.

However it has been suggested that if you happen to have a H4 bulb in the kit then Mesuieur Le Gendarmme will be more than happy. :giggle:

Especially if there's also a 50 euro note tucked into your driving licence ...
