Hi there is there anyone that can help me? whats the best cable to use with diagnostics software ross-tech 10.6.3? I have a Skoda Octavia Tdi Estate 2001.

The best cable is the genuine HEX+CAN Ross-Tech interface (cable) ............. however I doubt that is what you really mean.

The only way that 10.6.3 will work is with the proper Ross-Tech cable. The cheapo ones on ebay use a very old version of VAG-COM which has been unsupported for a long time.

Any posts that mention of other cables that will work with VCDS version 10 will be deleted, as they will be illegal cables.
