Hi,

I have a swing player on my FL OCTAVIA ....it is a bit different look wise but basically the same ..... I have a couple of questions and I'm hoping someone here can help me out!

1) does the swing player support Bluetooth module for phone functions and if yes then which module ?

2) will it display who is calling on the swing display ?? As I don't have maxi dot.

3) I have retro-fitted a mfsw ... I can increase /decrease the volume but can't switch on and off the swing player !!! (tried long pressing)anyone can help me VCDS coding for the same

Thanks!!!!!

Anyone ?

It seems that in the octavia section people are only more aware of bolero s and Columbus units ........!!!! And I really can't update to them for now..!

Hi,

You can have bluetooth in an Octy with the Swing HU but i'm certain you need the Maxi dot computer. Otherwise you would need a Bolero or Columbus which integrates with the phone functions.

You cant turn the power on or off using the steering wheel controls, only volume, track skip/search and mute.
