wait times and pcp cost of petrol vrs

Featured Replies

Have a fabia vrs estate on order to replace my mk1 octavia vrs which isn't scheduled to be built until the end of June and while on holiday last week my head was turned by a fl octavia vrs in red (looked fantastic)!

I know my local dealer is honouring the vat deal until the end of this week (if it isn't extended...again!) which would make a red octy with no options just under £17k whilst I'm paying £16k for my rather heavily specced fabia. So my questions are what is the current wait for a petrol vrs and what do the pcp monthly payments work out as (I would be paying the maximum deposit)?

Appreciate people may not want to reveal exactly what they're paying but a rough ball park figure (less than £200 pcm?) would be useful, I've taken the servicing pack with the fabia and all in will be paying c£200 pcm so if the octy would work out about the same I have a big decision to make...quickly!

Thanks.

waiting time I would guess for a petrol VRS could be up to 12 weeks, if you are ordering a basic one, there may be one already built!

with Max deposit down, you should be able to bring the price to around £200 a month, however thats likely to be around a 3 1/2 year term
