I've seen the 'bubble pack' version at my local dealer and bought one before then via Ebay. Cost about a fiver!!

I'm not sure about the 'outer Top Gear branded packaging' - looks a bit DIY to me, although I might be wrong.

I emailed the manufacturers to ask if they did Muscovado and was told no. :'(
