I'll agree with this.

I bought DS2500 and EBC discs for my rear brakes, knowing it's a waste of money, and it's not required, just so I can say I have matching front and rear brakes.

I've thrown away good tyres before, so I've got 4 matching.

I have the same problem (tic) with the heater vents and steering wheel being straight etc (unless very steep hill then turn wheels into kerb)

I drive the local dealership nuts by getting new nuts and bolts everytime I dismantle stuff!!

OCD is a man’s best friend!!

Spent roughly 20hrs in total detailing my 56 reg Fabia, started by using a clay bar, then used poor boys white diamond polish, then finished off with Collinite.

Ended up doing all door sills, under the bonnet, number plates, all glass (excluding windscreen). End result is a nice show room shine. Can’t leave muck on the car and usually end up washing it once a week

Radio also has to be on even numbers and can’t abide any mess/wrappers in the foot wells etc.... I’m going to be buggered when I have kids!!!!

I'm not obssesive about the car but I do keep it clean and tidy. I'm more obssesive about the house though, I have all my Light switch and socket outlet fixing screws with the slot in a horizontal position. My dad changed the light switch in our lounge to a dimmer switch some years ago and I noticed the screws were not aligned to my liking as soon as I walked into the house but failed to notice the wifes hairdo for 2 days though.

I do that with my sockets/light switches etc, but they align in a vertical position

Dangerous not noticing SWMBO's hair-do for 2 days though!!!
