Been driving Vauxhall's for past 10 years.....love the trusty Astra dti estate I've had. Taken me all sorts of places on the cheap...real workshorse. However, it was in the garage too much this year and time to move on. Couldn't find another similar diesel for the right price and test drove a New Meriva from the local garage...nice car but not really me...the 1.4 engine was hopeless too. Just noticed when I was at the garage that they had a used 1.4tsi Octavia with low miles on the clock...and the Elegance model...looked a no nonsense motor to me. Test drove it, liked it, got them down on price and picking it next week.
