After the guys at RTW removed and installed the ECU the close / open windows by key (don't know a better name for it , sorry!) wont work by key anymore!

Is it anyone that has experienced this before? They didn't load any other software in it , just unplugged it, wired it up to unload the data from it and plugged it back in the car.

Stick the key in the door and turn clock wise and it will reset or is it anti- clockwise either way give it a go then should be fine
