Handbrake issue (Drum brakes)

Featured Replies

Well my handbrake seemed a little slack so i thought i'd take the drums off to check the shoes hadn't worn down or if they had been replaced recently and not set up correctly. Well the brake shoes looks pretty new and are setup fine. After reading the pinned thread about the brakes not returning fully to the off position, i've noticed that's the problem with mine, but with brake drums, not calipers. I just asumed the handbrake cable was slightly seized so put some oil down which helped slightly and abit extra copper slip on the shoes.... it's only on the N/S drum, the other sides fine.

Problem?

solutions? - Thanks.
