The rattle from my box is getting louder so it looks like I will have to pull the pin and fit a new DMF. Is buying it from TPS the only option or has LUK or Sachs been allowed to sell them to Joe public yet. Thanks

Alright bud. When i was checking prices quoted by garage selling me secondhand dsg est 05/55 110k (his mechanic let it slip the noise was flywheel), i'm sure i came accross luk dmf's on ebay. Only name i remember is "raceparts", though may not be this shop as looked at other stuff at same time. Selling garage fortunately agreed (in writing on invoice) to replace dmf before purchase, but i paid the extra labour to get job done at skoda garage for skoda warranty. Total almost £1100 on invoice. very relieved & so far well chuffed. Make sure FIT NEW BOLTS or waste of time, (if you have'nt had it done already).
