Too much Millers...?!

Featured Replies

I bought some of the Millers Diesel Power Eco Max today. Now, I'm happy to accept that I've been a bit of a numpty :p , but has anyone else had trouble adding the correct amount of Millers to their diesel?

The reservoir was already full to the 50ml line so I went to pout into the fuel tank. I heard a 'glug glug' but for some reason thought the liquid had gone back into the main part of the bottle rather than into the fuel tank. Having read 'Treat at double strength for an extra boost' on the back of the bottle I decided that another attempt was appropriate.

So I tried again, and the same thing happened. I just couldn't tell if it had gone into the fuel tank or back into the bottle.

I thought that whilst there was a possibility I had added two doses, there was also a possibility that I had added none, so in my wisdom I decided to have one final go. This time I could see the liquid going into my fuel tank.

So, to my question: If I have indeed added 3 x doses of Millers, will I have any problems?

You might break the sound barrier?

Id say you'd be fine

ive never exactly took to much notice of exact measurements...more just 'get plenty in and give it a good clear out' really emoticon-0136-giggle.gif

Just put in a good glug! Shouldnt cause any problems!

Thank you all

Took the car for a good run and all seems fine...It might even feel a little livelier

i guess in theory it should,as it boosts the octane numbers iirc according to the packaging emoticon-0148-yes.gif

I once drank too many Millers and ended up with a sore head :o

Naa - the more the merrier. ;)

If I could afford to run pure millers I would.

True story.
