Sorry Guy's and Girl's but new to this performance lark and need an answer to a question im sure is very easy...

Want to change my standard Exhaust on my Ocy VRS but can someone please explain what a Cat Back system is ? Is this removing the Cat, does it stay or do you fit a sport cat ? Also, is a sport Cat adequate for an MOT ?

A Cat-back system runs from the Catalyst Backwards - ie to the rear of the car. Hence the cat is left on.
