Your best plan for more power short of looking for a Golf TDi would be to look for a Bosch diesel ot TurnerTune place, and ask them if they can open the injection pump up a bit. They'll usually have someone who can help.

Also, you could try doing stuff like taking off wheel trims, since less reciprocating weight has a similar effect on acceleration to more power.
