Parking sensors part numbers

Featured Replies

Does anyone know what number superceeds 3U0919275A?

Needing to replace one looked on the dreaded bay theres quite a few with 919275A on them just not the 3U0.

Thanks in advance

My fairly recently updated ETKA has the same part number but with a B on the end, not an A. The 3U0 is for the chassis, so there is a good chance the same sensors are used on a wide variety of cars.

Eg: I just did one for the Passat 2005 and that was the same part number with 4B0 in front of it, the passat chassis code. :)

Hold on ! The letter at the end is important. The reverse sensor on the superb are different than the passat. They are NOT universal.

Either £100 dealer or £60 odd one on ebay. the passat ones will not fit, been there done that and lost money.

It's not the letter at the end that's important - for whatever reason A has indeed been replaced by B, but they still seem as unreliable. Isn't the beginning the important bit (3UO)? and no, Passat ones don't fit which is a shame cos they're [a bit] cheaper. :(
