looking at changing standard turbo intake hose for silicone hose upgrade but cannot work out how to ge the standard hose out of hard pipe leadind to turbo. open to ideas thanks

Why would you want to take only the rubber part off? Just loosen hex socket bolt from turbo and take the hole thing out.

PS. There's a lockring-thingie holding hardpipe and rubber together.

PPS. Make sure you have lots of beer and keep children out of the garage, lots of bad words will be shouted
