and wanna fit a bigger turbo and injectors am i right in thinking a ko3 turbo is good and what injectors should i be looking for??

also what is safe psi for the standard turbo

and what other performance mods should i be looking at doing. can ya buy samco hoses for the turbo system??? if so anyone have a link ??

thanks for the help

The turbo on your car is probably a KO3S, which is better than the KO3 anyway.

Samco/AutoBahn/etc hose kits are available, I'd suggested Ebay and Google would be good starting points, as would be the websites of some of the site sponsors on here and other forums.

That FMIC looks like it would be worse than the SMIC already fitted tbh.

Handling wise, there's lots of info burried in this section and the Octavia 1 section of the website. Think general concensus would be that Octavia ARB's are naff from factory (all models, 2WD and 4WD). On 2WD models adding a new rear ARB is the 1st step.

as snow said, the fmic has more pipework so will probably have more lag than your current setup, plus if its a cheap intercooler (core construction) it will be worse than what you have now potentially

just look on samcos website for details of what they offer

cheaper easy mods imo worth doing in order;

rear arb

dogbone to stop wheel hop

then remap

after good service is done and good tyres are fitted of course
