can anybody help me, i have a fabia vrs and im wondering if my standard sympthony head unit has pre outs so i can fit a amp and sub? or can i somehow do it

No pre outs.

Most amps allow you to run an output from a speaker wire though (I believe it's called a high level input on the amp)

get yourself a nice headunit itll be much better trust me.

get an aftermarket unit. much better i run mine through the symphony and a double din dvd player and the dvd player wins hands down.

is it a line output connector? and are they easy to fit, just checked my amp and it doesnt say anything about a high level?

Symphony CD Tuner in the VRS DOES have pre-outs. Front and back, on the triple mini-DIN connector on the backplane.

You can buy a lead from blue spot or roll your own from the likes of Maplin, Farnell or CPC.

Not convential RCA pre-outs it doesnt.

Personally, a high level inputs a bit easier, run cable from rear speaker wire, done!
