I don't feel comfortable doing this myself. Electrics aren't so bad, but dismantling the steering wheel looks on the scary side.

Skoda do a retro fit kit part number BEA 400 002, for the dealer to supply and fit i was quoted £180. ended up buy the kit as my mate is a mechanic and has VAGcom to setup

Awesome. I'll ask them if they can do it then. Have VCDS to do it, but no mechanical minded person to actually fit it heh.
