I'd be a bit apprehensive, as it's not a named product. You can get the DiamondBrite kits on eBay though, which is what a lot of the dealers use (and charge you a nice margin for the privilege).

Overall, you'd get better results and durability on the paintwork and wheels by using tried-and-tested detailing products. For upholstery protection, I still tend to use ScotchGuard spray for fabrics. Again, available on eBay.

I do my best to take care of the paintwork using wax, maybe once a month when the car gets a proper detail, but thought this could save me time and effort. to be honest though, i find washing the car quite thereputic, so maybe i'll just stick to what I know!
