I currently drive a MK1 Octavia vRS but think I'll be selling to purchase a Fabia vRS.

I'm looking at anything from '04 to '07 reg Fabia - in Black or possibly would like to stretch to an SE version.

What things should I be looking for on these? Anything in particular?

FSH to ensure Vw505.01 oil has been used at every service. Console bushes (rear of wishbone) Drop links, ARB bushes. Rear damper bump stops. Check battery ignition light comes on when key turned, and goes off when started. Check headlights don't flicker excessively when steering turned lock to lock at idle (Battery, PAS PUMP, steering angle sensor test.)
