Has anyone noticed a difference in acceleration and braking when swapping the suspension on there vrs fabia?

yes of course, theres less pitching when accelerating so car should grip better and the same when braking

Does this improve acceleration and braking then? Suppose it will but will it be noticeable?

When I swapped to Koni FSD's from standard...the difference!!! Under braking the nose dosn't dive half as much resulting in the rear wheels not going "light". And when acelerating hard the rear dosn't "squat" like it used to with the front then not lifting as much.........so better all round grip.......if you are really worried then get a set of SuperPro anti-lift console bushes which will reduce the preload on the front suspension...this really helps lowered stiff cars!!!

I fitted Weitec Hicon GTs to my Fabia vRS. The car doesn't pitch as much, car feels smoother in acceleration, but it still brings that smile to your face;)

As for braking, it also feels a whole lot better. I'm running Rainsport 2s on all corners which are a great job to.
