Misfire fault code

Hello,

I have a Fabia 16v estate (2005 i think) every morning when I start the car and reverse off my drive i get the red warning light. I have a code reader and it is indicating i have a miss fire on cylinder 2, I have recently replaced all 4 coil packs along with new plugs so im assuming they are not the problem, also the car runs fine and is achieving its correct MPG.

I only get the warning light when i reverse off my drive in the morning and if i restart the car further down the road it goes away

any indicators or help would be very much appreciated
