Do Jabba do a TIP?

Featured Replies

I want a TIP fitted to my VRS and dont fancy fitting it myself, do Jabba do one? I would prefer a Neuspeed one i think as i reckon the cast one would flow better, any advice or opinions on types or prices would be appreciated.

I said Jabba as i have had my remap done there and hae to go nearby soon to pick a new kitten up. :)

Not at the moment...but if you check out group buys you'll see a thread regarding silicon hoses and the TIP will be one of them. Will be the same as a Samco one....from turbo to MAF.

Also consider the ABD TIP...smoother design as opposed to the Neuspeed which does look a bit angular.

TIP is a bit of a bugger to fit....unless you have small hands. ;)

Yes i have read about the fitting issue.. i have big hands and hate spanner rash ;) s a silicon hose as good as a cast one? I would have thought that a silicon one would still contract slightly under pressure. As i said before i would like Jabba to fit it if poss as i am too long in the tooth to be doing this sort of thing unless forced

TIP whats on them then ?? and why do i need one??

not a chance.. multilayer silicon hose wont collapse from any suction posisble from a turbo. More heat stable also.. so unlike factory ones which can get hot, get softer and collapse (famous TT scenario) they shoudl be fine, and have a more open radius feedin the turbo intake.

Turbo Inlet Pipe, as said goes from turbo to MAF
