I have a 2000 Skoda Fabia and for some reason the power steering light comes on the dash, and I have noticed that when I park up and have a look under the hood at where the PS Pump there is a noise coming from it. Kind of like a shooting sound and it shakes at the same time.

Is there anyone who could explain why this is happening.

Steering angle sensor faulty or needing cleaned, Fluid level low, battery faulty.
