Really p***ed off to get a message from Shark saying I'm being charged an extra £50 for their group buy because my Freedom membership still hasn't been registered.

I don't have a paypal account so had to register and send a cheque. Everything was sent more than two weeks ago and I've heard nothing and don't even know how I would know when I've been registered!

Any Freedom members or mods out there able to help find out what's happening?

I tried to post this on the Freedom forum but it won't let me on there!

Reported your post to try and help out - A mod should see it and help in the back room.

Dont worry mate, Shark are very obliging and are an excellent comapny to deal with. Im sure you can come to some arrangement if you phone them.
