Really like no 2. For me, no 1 is cropped a little too tightly, I would have liked to see a little more sky and quite a bit more water ...

No 1 redone looks better to me, think it looks a bit more balanced. Will have a mooch on ebay for filter.

A great set of images from a great city for photography, I would have only one criticism, the night sky has gone too dark in my opinion. It looks too black to me, a little earlier the sky would have been a dark blue and looked better.

Only my opinion though, your images are very good.

What equipment do you use?

Equiment is a Canon 400D with kit lense, 50mm f1.8 and a Sigma 28-300 f4.5-f6.3

They are a nice set of photos, would be a real step up if you had one of the full view from the Atlantic tower hotel right down to the albert dock pump house.

I have on canvas on the wall a full view from Birkenhead to the city covering from Atlantic tower hotel to just past the Anglican cathederal before all the Liverpool One regeneration, cut the view to the cathederal. Im a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to the sea view of Liverpool

Atlantic tower would be a good idea. Might try and sort something for next time.

My friend works over the other side so he gets great views across the river.

Yeah Liverpool has changed alot, still changing. No idea how to get round any more. Lol

Trying to make more time to use the camera. Shame I never got into it before Liverpool changed.

There are a few of us in the Liverpool area who run a photography forum, we try and make as many meets to different venues and all learn off each other. Also we borrow each others kit just for the meets so really good if you want to try before you buy.
