engine management light

hi,,,my engine management light keeps coming on,,iv had emissions sensor replaced and top manifold sensor cleaned,,,it stays off for a couple of days but comes back on reading the same problem,,,,seems to come on when changing down gear when i normally get down to third,,,,also feel a slight vibration under the car but that goes when the sensor is reset until management light comes back on,,, any help here would be appreciated thanks...
