OEM # wanted for temp sensor G83.

Can anybody help me with the OEM # for this temp sensor called G83 and it is placed on the lower part of the radiator near the bottom coolant hose on my Octavia 1.6, 2002 years model.

Here is a picture of it:

Actually it's only the grey thing that sticks out that belongs to the sensor.

The service manual says that one shall pay attention to different versions.

Can anyone help me?

I have the same car as yours and I have to buy a new sensor because the engine check light is keep coming on and the engine is losing power. Exactly the same sensor! I hate that sensor and it's errors! :)

Do you have any invoice when you bought the sensor were it says the part# of the item?
