Hi Guys

I was wondering if someone could help me or guide me. I bought this second hand Octavia 1.8 Turbo Elegance few weeks ago. Everything seems to be fine with the car except the MPG. I am getting hardly 20 miles per gallon from this car which is disappointing. Previously i had a petrol avensis whicch would give me anything above 36 miles local.

I have another problem with this car, the steering wheel is very very heavy. Can someone please help.
