2007 YAMAHA YBR 125 RED - LEARNER LEGAL

I purchased this in April 2011 after passing my CBT to get some practice on before taking my Direct Access Bike tests. I passed this week and I'm now looking to sell, to fund the purchase of a bigger 600cc commuter bike.

It's been a great bike to learn and get experience on. I've used it almost every working day since I bought it, to go to and from work on. Never let me down and starts on the button every time. Garaged over night so not left open to the elements.

Mileage is 13,130

MOT till 13/04/2012

TAX till 31/10/2011 (only £16 a year though)

An example of insurance costs.... I'm 30 and with just a cbt certificate and car licence it cost be £80 for the year.

I have the last two MOTs ,V5, Service Book (fully stamped) and Owners manual with original toolkit. This is the fuel injection model, so no messing with the choke on a cold morning.

The bike was last serviced when I bought it from a dealer in York on the 13th of April 2011. It's got good tyres with plenty of tred left. Brakes are good and the chain and sprocket shows very little wear.

The bike does have a couple of cosmetic scars, but has never to my knowledge been dropped, which can been seen by the lack of dents and major scrapes. As seen in the photos there is a scratch on the fuel tank (a new sticker would fix this if one can be sourced), the front fork is showing a little corrosion on the paint but this is superficial, and there is a small nick in the front mud guard. All these can been seen in the pics.

Happy for viewers to have a quick ride up and down the front of my property to test, however a valid cbt certificate will be needed, and the full asking price of the bike in cash in my hand. If the tester drops the bike or damages it; they buy it !! If not I can demo the bike for you.

A full tank of petrol currently costs £11ish and see just over 200 miles. I've been seeing in the region of 110mpg on my commutes to work.
