Winter Tyres

Featured Replies

Opinion on the internet seems to be that winter tyre prices are pretty constant, summer or winter.

So how about Mytyres "Summer Holiday Discount" promotion?

Supply and demand, summer time is the time to buy them, not the winter when everyone else is panicking.... resulting in them doubling the price of them.

Well spotted - 5 percent is better than no percent....have you seen how much the Nokian's are? In 215 60 16 size they're £240 a go. Much dearer than the premium makes.

Only Nokians I can see (based on most powerful 4x4 Yeti) are 205/55s at £132 ish per wheel...

I'll vouch for prices being stable all year round. I bought my Yokohama W-drives in December '10 @ £153 each from MyTyres.

Their price now being + and - this with 5% discount as here;- http://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/rshop.pl

Mind you these guys are pretty good on price http://www.tyremen.co.uk/ I got my summer tyre from them.
