anyone on here using the site or contributing as an expert?

I've used in the past and it was generally very good for IT stuff.

Not used for a few years now though, but I believe my account is a legacy one so doesnt need the subscription rubbish they introduced a while back.

My account survived the first 14 months but finally succumbed and I stopped using it but with the new job I found I had a bit of spare time so I did the 10000 points to get the free account.:D just another forum that I am always logged into :D

I use it just for answers....Usually if you keep scrolling down the page the answers are at the bottom.....failing that, Google cached mode is great :D

I thought they blanked out all but the question? Or was that move short lived?

Its a bit random, I always scroll right to the bottom, if that doesn't work then I go for Google cached mode.

Thanks for the tip.

Must simply be clever javascript to hide the experts answers until logged in? If so that's pretty lax security.

So is this where you go to speak to an expert about a sex change?

why of course, thats wwhat its called isn't it :D :D I wonder if they went with the name on purpose?

Have used it on and off in the past, but then got annoyed with the whole subscription model - and can usually find the info I need elsewhere. Was a good 'one-stop' shop though.

Dammit, that's annoying - wish I could remember which info I used to sign up X years ago! :S
