having problems gettin my pics off my htc desire onto my laptop. it never came with a disc, but when i plug in in the usb i can access some of my pics but not them all? typical the ones i want i cant find? any one know why?

Are you selecting Disk Drive on the phone when you plug it in?

This way the SD card should appear as a normal flash drive does in Computer.

You can try using Bluetooth, if you have a Bluetooth adapter built in or attached to the USB port of the PC.

I think it's just as Sam says - you can set it to default that way as well.

P.S. I don't think there is a disk that goes with the phone either.

As above, plug in and select mount as disk drive. All your pics will be under the DCIM/100media/ folder.
