Seat Help,

Featured Replies

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows if the seats from a MK1 Octavia VRS (full leather), would bolt in to my Fabia VRS.

I have assumed not, but I would love to be corrected.

It would be incredibly useful, and could save me shelling out on a re-trim, (I find it a bit hard to justify, £1000 on a 6 year old car, when there is not much wrong with the current seats, apart from there tendency to become very dirty, very quickly).

I bow to the forum's superior Knowledge.

Thanks

Mike

Nope, sorry. Polo/Ibiza kit swaps ok. TT seats go in with a little work, but still leaves the rears to sort. Octy/golf kit isn't easy to do tho

Matt

Octavia seats are not a straight fit, although people have modified them (or mk4 Golf or Audi TT seats) to fit. Have a read of this thread.

Thanks for the Quick response Matt, I guess I will just have to keep on saving for the Re-trim, or find an SE in a breakers (suspect that the last may be easier said than done.)
