Just ordered my first Skoda today, Octavia Estate 2.0 TDI CR 4x4. Delivery January 2012, delayed Christmas present!

Like the specification, quality and the price

Car at present Citroen C5, do a lot of caravanning, so hoping the 4x4 will get me off muddy fields.

Question, the standard wheels are 15" is there any difference if I ordered the 16" wheels?

Hi there, the main difference between the 15" and 16" wheels is that the 16" ones are bigger

You'll probably loose a wee bit of comfort but at that size wheel I doubt you'd notice. In my opinion the 16" would probably look nicer.

On another note, there is a meet at the Harrogate Arms on Sunday if you want to come down and meet a few local owners and see their cars. Have a look in the meets section of the forum.

Welcome along, personally, I think that the 16" 'Draconis' wheels for the 4x4 are a much nicer design. (they are featured on page 3 of the new brochure).

we use that model as rapid responce vehicals , nice to drive

Very nice car indeed, but getting it in January is not totally likely. If you ordered from myself I'd be quoting 10 months from order to handover,maybe slightly more with the Christmas holidays throwing everything out by 2 weeks plus the inevitable snow which brings the country to a halt.

You'll love the 4x4 TDi, it'll get you off muddy fields no problem!
