Steering wheel head unit controls

Here's one for you all.

I think I am going to invest in the iPod control unit for my head unit - a Pioneer P88RS-II. This would allow me to control the iPod from the head unit itself. That's all gravy. Now I am thinking I want to go one step further and control it from the steering wheel - or at least play / pause / volume / next / previous? Does anyone know if there are some buttons / stalks available that would fit the Fabia?

I've been googling and can find 'adaptors', but can't seen to find the actual stalk / buttons, if they exist at all.
