Hatch - am I missing something?

Featured Replies

Have fitted a false floor over my sub. But looks like I am missing a bit of trim. Should there be a plastic panel in the area shown?

Thanx again

I've never seen anything oem to cover that area

I bought a plastic boot liner tray from flea-bay which has a lip and covers that area

I've got a gap there too. Must be "normal" ...

So have i or at least i will when i put all boot trims back in, saves me asking same question

To be honest, I had always thought that my car had been shunted and badly repaired on the basis of this.

usually the boot carpet covers that up

looks like a new carpet to me...

That's normal mate both the ones I've had have been the same. Mine doesn't have that wiring loom though, is that something you added, or do you have parking sensors?

And Mali, it says in the first post he has fitted a new false floor, so yes it will be a new carpet. ;)

Thanks

Wiring loom is for amp etc. Maybe have to look at a bit of carpet to cover.

I thought I had mislaid a bit of trim?

the new Octi's I was mulling over earlier (waiting for oil service) have that bit covered with a pair of nifty straps, so you cam tie your ski sticks up, so they don't get damaged in the boot. B)
