Someone has scuffed our Fabia's rear bumper. :(

I think I can sort the paint out but the black plastic insert is beyond repair.

So can anyone tell me how it comes off? How much is a new one and how do they refit?

I believe its held on with double sided tape.... I think if you warm it with something like a hair drier, and use a piece of fishing wire to slide behind it. Then clean the area with a decent polish, and apply the new one. Really easy job...

Well, thats what I did with my rubbing strip on the side of my old Astra. Sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong...

If its the same as with the front bumper it just unclips. Should come out easily enough.

The fronts (two parts) were fairly cheap IIRC.
