Swing Radio Audio In

Featured Replies

My iPod with all my music on has a 3.5mm socket on the side of the car mount cradle. The Skoda Swing Radio has no aux input, but by buying a XCarLink SKU 1085 it is possible to remove the radio then add the plug from the SKU 1085, replace the radio and feed music into the radio for playing. The device may also have an optional Bluetooth adapter to work any Bluetooth device into the radio but I failed to get this to work. The SKU 1085 also has inputs for USB and SD Card but these failed me as well. However it plays well over the 3.5mm input which was the main objective So far there is no track information but If i read the handbook a few more times it may do!

The sad end to this tale is that the device failed totally and has since been junked along with the Swing Radio

Drawing Boards Back To. But there are ways around it, called a Single Din Mounting Kit and a new radio with so many options I may have to read the handbook

Swing actually have 3.5mm input under armrest. :)
