Does anyone know how to activate the 'gear change assistant' that sits to the right of the time display on the maxidot display. I have maxidot but I cant see it anywhere. I reckon it's something the garage might need to do but thought i'd ask you knowledgable bunch incase i'm missing a trick.

This is normally a down to what firmware you have on the dashpod.

The last attempt for a software update on controllers 01 (Engine), 08 (Auto HVAC), 09 (Cent. Elect.), 17 (Instruments) and 56 (Radio) was made on July 8, 2011 at the dealer.

Software updates were only available and applied to 01 and 56 (no updates found for 08, 09 and 17).
