Notchy gearbox

I had the clutch master cylinder changed last month and over the last week the gear selection has been a bit notchy, not crunching,

When I first start up and select revers and pull out of my space then try and select first its hard to get it out of revers gear.

Sometimes when going through the gears it feels like there is a slight resistance to going into gear

Could it need bleeding again or would a box oil change help its now done 166000
