Why when you clear the DTC fault codes does VCDS do a full rescan ? is there anyway around it to save time ? cheers - Stuart

Note the errors from a full autoscan then go into the individual module(s) affected and clear them within there if you like.

The autoscan re-check is quite a good check to see if the fault comes back immediately, but agree that it does take longer.
