Hello, 37 year old guy from Chile. Not new to VAG but new to Skoda. Bought a new Octavia II 1.8 TSI yesterday, really impressed with the car after first 200 miles.

Used to drive a 1.8 T Bora and a 9n3 polo gti, I can tell octavia is very nice and confortable, so much better built than my VW's!!!

DSG with the 1.8 TSI do a very nice job together.

I think I'll be remapping with Revo, since I did that to my past Bora and my GTI (I have the SPS module).

Skoda is not very popular in Chile and so far there's no much aftermarket parts as there's for audi or vw, but I don't care, important spares are common across VAG and I'm sure Octavia will behave perfect.

Im sure i will learn a lot here so thanks in advance for the help, to all the community.
