Anyone know further info about these coils? could they be suitable for Fabia engines?

A revolution in ignition technology!!

The Plasma Direct is the ignition coil with a high power amplifier built in to it.

I have used similar products before from Taiwan.

It increased the response and torque a little bit, felt sharper, didnt improve mpg by much.

One things for sure, it aint worth that much money, you can pick up clones of them for much cheaper.

All in all, i think its junk and probably not suitable for turbo charged euro cars, more for japanese rice rockets.

I will say though that alot of the misfire issues with the 1.4TSI are caused by poor spark, which then coats the injectors with crap, ruining the spray pattern which makes combustion worse, causing more misfires.......

so better spark plugs, coil packs are on my list of todo's, but no way would i pay that price

I' ve sent an email to the European distributor to give me more info on the matter and if these are possible to be fitted on Fabias.

If I go ahead with this I will report back.
