Yesterday in the snow I crashed, on my drive!

I have "ripped" the front bumper near the wheel arch. I could get a friend to cut the damaged section out and fill it for me, or I could go to Skoda and be told ineed a whole new bumper!

How much do you reckon they will quote for this ?

I am sure I can remember someone on about a company called "chips away" I have tried searching but can't find it on here, they did small bodywork and bumper/wheel repairs to a very high standard at your homeI am sure someone will come on and give you the info soon

Its looking like we're gonna have a fight to get it sorted as it is, pleased it didn't have xenons.

If it is purely damage to the bumper shell, and someone like chips away can't fix it then I would order a new shell through your dealer's parts desk and have it sprayed at a suitable local and recommended body shop - this should cost you more than
