Hi guys,

I have been searching for a while and though I have found lots of info on suspension, I am still struggling to find out what shocks suit the H&R springs?

I am certain H&R springs are what I am looking for but not sure on the shocks?

Not really keen on coilovers tbh...

What do people recommend?

A lot of us use Koni FSD's with them, but they're not cheap.

You could go down the route of replacement OEM shocks with H&R springs. I think the reason why people dont is because after 5 or 6 years, the standard shocks on the car get abit squishy and with the stronger springs it can cause the shocks to fail. If you had new shocks I dont think it would be an issue

Both the Bilstein B8 dampers and the KW dampers seem to work well with the H&R springs.

Any ideas where the billies or kw dampers can be brought from?

The springs that come with the kw shocks, they anywhere near as well setup as the h & r springs?
