Service due

Featured Replies

Hi all,

My VRS will be due an annual service soon. I've only had it a short time, having got it with 100k on the clock (prev services all done by main skoda verified & timing belt done at 70k) the last service was done at 99k in Sept 2010. I'm now on 103k. What type of service do I get and what should it cost?

Also, is there any way of knowing if the car has been mapped? It does seem very quick, on a motorway I'm getting late 40's, early 50's at best. On general day to day driving it's late 30's, early 40's. Or am I just being greedy?

Looking underneath, the exhaust back box has a corroded hole in the middle :-(. What should this cost? Is it a hole new exhaust system or just this element.

Sorry to sound like a technical biff, but I am!
