The dealers are always recieving negative feed back on forums but time for change.

On way home yesterday and noticed an odd smell. Got home jacked it up. found the offside drive shaft had a small split and had very kindly dispersed all its grease over my nice clean engine. Rung my local dealer to find they are closing down. Next closest is 30mins away so gave them a call and to my delight i was asked to bring it in the following day. Arrived the next day at 2. By 4 was on my way home with a new drive shaft up to date software.

They have a showroom and service centre in East London, plus another service centre out near Chelmsford, Essex.
