I'm thinking of starting up a meet closer to home, so I'm just seeing if people are interested.

Looking to holding it at Mascrat Manor, Juniper Lane, Manchester Road, Woolston, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 6DR. Just off junction 21, M6.

We can park at the top end of the car park as it is nearly always empty and have a drink, food and a general chat.

Going to be taking place every second sunday of the month from 12 onwards, so that will mean this month is on the 14th of August depending on interest of course.

All comments and suggestions welcome .

The monthly meet at Stretton Fox on the 7th August isn't that far from the location you mentioned, less than 10mins away (J10 M56)

I know I wouldn't mind going down there, but the only thing is I have to get up for work at 3am so I'm usually in bed for 8pm :(

I'd be up for another northwest meet, can't do this month though

No issue with the location and fair point about having a day meet, but think it's a bit close to the usual, established Sun evening meet.

Fair point Wardy! Would it be better to have it later in the month, to have some time between the two? Say the last Sunday of the month?

Third Sunday would be the middle ground I suppose?

Will change it to the third Sunday of every month after this month because people are already coming this Sunday seems abit unfair to change plans now

No worries Al I'm sure you'll much rather be camping in the rain haha. Come to the next one I'll be changing it after this month to the 3rd Sunday of every month to have a gap between the usual NW meet

Currently half way through building a bridge/waterway at the forrest to allow the continuation of a stream! It's an interesting project, Just annoying when you need to get stuff done and it's peeing down! lol.

Urgh!!! Al didn't tell me it was this weekend till today!!! Sorry guys I cannot make it either - I have got some serious work to be doing on a couple of BMW's! :(
