Hmm I seem to remember this was posted a little while ago, and they didnt have much stock left around my area. Dealers were like "we have two colours left, they're running out quickly blah blah". So, perhaps nothing huge to shout about unless they have new stock in.

This has had me thinking about a 2.0T vRS DSG ALL DAY LONG!

I've almost convinced myself I should go for it :no: :(

All I can say is sorry...

If you do go for it I'll give you a Freedom package and send the bill to Skoda UK...

I wish I'd got a DSG every time I get to traffic now. If I was not commuting I'd be in a DSG flappy paddler petrol car now I reckon.

That said I so dearly miss my 1.8T vRS...

It is ok Colin, I spotted it on the Skoda website before seeing it here so I'll let you off!

Now I've slept on it I've decided I won't be going for one. My commute might be going from 6 to 60 miles a day soon. If that happens I think I'll be wanting a diesel. It is also about a year earlier than I was looking to change my car and I'm sure other offers will come round.

It is a cracking deal though. For a laugh I also priced up a similar Golf
